Lower Animas Inflatable Kayak Trip Options

Step-up the level of river rafting adventure on the Animas River in an Inflatable Kayak, your own personal mini-raft. The smaller the boat, the bigger the wave! Spend your whole day playing, surfing, spinning and bouncing down the river. Put on your learning cap because by the end of the trip, your instructor guide will have taught you all about navigating and reading the river, maneuvering your craft and playing in it! The opportunity will be taken to run some of the best rapids several times ensuring your day is filled with fun and adventure. We’ll teach you all you need to know and provide all needed equipment. Wetsuits required on trips through June. Mild to Wild uniquely provides an instructor with you to teach you skills and tricks, lead you thru the rapids and provide assistance when needed. The raft guides are not your instructor.

Check in at the Mild to Wild office 30-45 minutes prior to trip departure June 15-August 15.  If your trip is before or after these dates, please check in 20 minutes prior to departure.
