Reservations

A reservation is recommended as soon as you decide on your desired trips. Space is limited. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders and cash to reserve your seat, guide and equipment.

Cancellation Policies

For both Partial & Full Day trips a written notice is required for an 85% refund with more than 14-days notice prior to department. 

For package trips that include the D&SNGR Train, the standard cancellation policy applies, but guests must pay $14.00 per ticket for the cancellation fee charged by D&SNGR.

Changing Trip Times or Dates

• Mild to Wild charges a 5% service fee for changing a rafting trip.  For packages that include the train, there is an additional $6.00 per ticket change fee.
• No changes with less than 24 hours notice prior to departure.

Trips depart rain or shine! You get more water for your money! The rain water is warmer than the river!
