Reservations

A reservation is recommended as soon as you decide on your desired trips. Space is limited. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders and cash to reserve your seat, guide and equipment.

Cancellation Policies

Policies vary, depending on the trip’s logistics and committed expenses. We require written notice by mail, e-mail or fax.

Partial Day Trips

• Written notice received more than 24 hours prior to launch receives a 90% refund.
• Written notice received less than 24 hours prior to launch receives a 50% refund.
• Less than 1 hour written notice prior to launch and no notice recieve no refund.

Day Trips (except Trails 'n Rails)

• Written notice received more than 14 days prior to launch receives a 90% refund.
• Written notice received 24 hours to 14 days prior to launch receives a 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours written notice prior to launch & no notice receive no refund.

Multi-Day Trips & Trails 'n Rails Combination Trip

• Written notice received at least 14 days prior to launch receives a 90% refund.
• Less than 14 days written notice prior to launch and no shows receive no refund.

Changing Trip Times or Dates

Partial Day Trips

• With more than 72 hours prior to launch, date and/or time of trip can be changed with no penalty charges!
• 24 hours to 72 hours prior to launch, trip date and/or time may be changed for a 5% fee.
• No changes with less than 24 hours notice prior to departure.

Trips depart rain or shine! You get more water for your money! The rain water is warmer than the river!
